Executive & Administrative Director
Sheila McCoy
Mrs. McCoy is a native of Putnam County where she and James, her husband of 40+ years, have raised their three children. A graduate of Central Academy High School and St. Johns River State College, her prior work experience includes Winn-Dixie, City of Palatka, and Florida Power & Light Company. In addition to serving as PCSC Executive & Administrative Director, she is pastor of God's Manna Ministries and is on the Board of Directors for Historic Central Academy, Heart of Putnam Coalition, and Putnam County Homeless Coalition. She previously held positions on the Board with
Weed & Seed, Northeast Florida Community Action Agency, and Putnam County Anti-Drug Coalition.

As Executive & Administrative Director of PCSC, Mrs. McCoy oversees daily operations, all fundraising activities, and maintains public relations for the Center. She has been with us since 2008.
